How DISC worksAbout DISC
DISC’s roots go back to William Moulton Marston’s 1928 model of four broad behavioural tendencies. Today, DISC-based tools are used by millions of people around the world to build self-awareness, communicate more clearly and work better with others.
Your result describes preferences. It does not measure intelligence, ability, morality or mental health, and it does not decide what you are capable of. Context, experience and choice still matter.
Results, challenge and forward movement.
Connection, expression and involvement.
Support, continuity and a considered pace.
